Worst Customer Service Ever. I had to call 3 different times to cancel our service. Was transferred to different areas and hung up on. Finally on the 3rd call I explained to the guy that I just wanted to cancel my service not be transferred to someone else. He proceeded to do what I asked and after he got done reading the disclosure they have to read, he just hung up on me. Do not recommend for this reason. I will never use them again.

We are very pleased with Tech Nate, who installed our system. It was great to have an opportunity to actually 'choose' what went into our ADT package so that we could customize it for our needs. Nate was wonderful...professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. The suggestions that he did make in regards to what equipment we got, was thoroughly explained and detailed as to why he believed various items were necessary. There was no 'high pressure' from him, in regards to getting ADT or not...he left the decision completely to us. Nate was very careful in installing all of our items, including his gingerly moving a porcelain doll that I had on a stand, so that he could better access one of our windows.
My experience was excellent. Ease and neatness if installation was amazing. Our installer, Justin, was wonderful. He spent extra time helping us due to cell reception issues. Great explanations and very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend ADT and Justin. He was THE BEST!!
From the first phone call, everyone was very professional and helpful. The supervisor gave me several free additions and we set an appt. for the installer to come to the house. The installer further told me that the free stuff comes out of a fund and when I reached the maximum I would have to pay for additional equipment. This should have been disclosed up front as I was very surprised that I need the write a check. The system is in place and so far no problems. l
The technician showed up on time and was very pleasant. She was very informative on all of the equipment that you offer. I love how easy it is to set and unset the alarms. And I love how I can view the clips from from the app on my phone.
I have nothing bad to say about my experience. Everything from the first initial phone call to the installation was perfect. The technician Kevin Barnes is a wonderful asset to your company!! He took the time to explain every question we had and worked with us to get to where we needed to be to have the system installed. He was amazing! I would recommend ADT to all my family members and my friends and neighbors. I am very satisfied with the whole process.
Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Installation was fairly quick. He did a good job insuring that all avenues of security were addressed. The only thing is that you don't expect the cost to add up as quickly as I thought it would. Even after a large discount. Overall I'm pleased with the service I received and the equipment that protects my house and my family.
Positive experience except for when I first called. I spoke with Alex and he was a fast talker and felt kind of a buyers remorse when I hung up as if I was swindled. He also told me my credit card WOULD NOT BE CHARGED however it was about an hour after we hung up. And that is correct from what I was told when I called back to ADT. The installation techs were awesome! Thank you Glen and Matt!
