DO NOT SIGN CONTRACT* Horrible service from products to technicians. They do not explain anything to you about the service they provide. They trick you by saying you get “free” equipment. The paper you sign does not have any of the contract information on it because I’m sure once read you wouldn’t sign it. The cameras work on WIFI (they don’t tell you this nor do they explain what type of upload speed you need to operate the cameras) and if you do not have the correct upload speed they say it’s not the equipment it’s the your WIFI provider. I just upgraded to Cox’s 30 MBPS upload speed that cost me an extra 20 on top of ADT monthly fees. The cameras still do not work. ADT has multiple apps and none of them work together especially the Alarm.com app (waste of storage on your phone). You can only adjust camera settings on a computer(who cares a computer to work to adjust settings if needed..). This company is a scam and does not provide a safe secure home. It provides headaches and a lot of wasted time and money. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever!

I have been with adt for the past 3 years and they are the worst of the worst they took 400 out of my account without my permission and I call there customer service and they are of no help I’ve had techs come out and “fix” some of the problems and they still don’t work and they charge you but don’t get your problems solved I’ve had techs that don’t know much about there own job adt is the worst don’t sign up with them trust me they are great scammers and don’t care about the customers!

Get non-stop spam email from ADT all the time and cannot block it... just keeps coming, plus who wouldn't just use a Nest camera system in their home these days?!

An install tech was supposed to show up today between 8-9 am and never showed. No calls or texts explaing the absence. Please return the money that was paid
