My ADT security always has major issues and I can never get a human in the phone. Today I came home my door was unlocked and the locking device was turning on and off on and off and wouldn’t stop after spending over an hr on hold I was told to try my call later. My system was very expensive and has offered me way less than a secure home. I would not recommend this service to anyone and their customer service is terrible!

This company as well as ADT are horrible. I had their service for a little over a year and it functioned properly for maybe 5 of those months. Had the keypad replaced multiple times for different reasons. The cameras dont pick up even half the motion in front of it. calling the 1-800 number to get anything changed or get tech support is almost impossible. Protect your home had 3 different technicians not show up or even call saying they wont be able to make i. Finally after months of fighting I finally got out of my contract. I would not recommend this company or anything it is affiliated with.

I always tend to have the worst experiences with supposed great companies. 1.We were told the remotes make sound when the alarm goes off AND that they tell out where in the house was broken into. They are silent. They don't even beep when your alarm goes off so you HAVE to have your main box nearby to hear if something is happening. That is the only reason I got it. guy showed up and installed 2 sensors in a way I couldn't even open up 2 of my door windows. 2. He told me a 99 visa would come in the mail in a few weeks that would reimburse our appt. Fee. It never came so I called and they said I need to fill something out to get it so they would email me. They didn't have the email correct so it never came. I fixed the email and they said they sent it and I never got it. So I'm still waiting for my money 3. Since the remotes don't make noise, my dog can tell me someone is intruding before my alarm will. I tried to cancel after three days and they said I'd be stuck to my contract of 1500 even though their guy that came out lied about what the services did. Now I'm stuck with the stupid main box IN my room and I can't even set it while my toddler is asleep because it makes noise. I'm so so so frustrated with this company I might even take it to the BBB. I got lie on lie with very unprofessional responses.

Very professional and skilled installators. The system I received is the best one I have researched. I was only disappointed about not adding video surveillance which was not available right now but was in the past. I didn't want the doorbell system but actual video monitoring. I also asked if I paid my full contract in advance if I could get a cost break. That was also not available. I do this with several other vendors I use. Please consider this in the future. Overall the system is easy to use and great.

Installer did a fantastic job answering my husband's and mine questions. Also with the installation he made everything was working properly before he left. The only disappointment was a few days later having another gentleman from a competitor of yours try to get us to switch to the ADT updated touch screen with camera. He said we had three days to cancel what we had but our work schedules wouldn't allow to have current system removed to have new one installed. So that is why I am giving 4 star's instead of 5

My experience with ADT was very positive. The sales team did an excellent job at giving me the advice needed to place my order of home security. My agent Tonda was pleasant, professional and very patient. I also spoke to the Sales Manager, Patrick. He gave me additional credits towards equipment, as well as a gift card as part of a promotion with my bank. The technician, Nate was so nice and extremely thoughtful during my installation. I will be a customer of ADT for years to come. Growing up with an ADT security system in my home as a child gave me previous insight into how well ADT managed their customers. But experiencing it first hand as a homeowner was better than I could have imagined. I truly enjoyed the entire experience that I had with ADT, and would recommend them to my family and friends who are in search of home security.

I was very pleased the representative and the technician was very professional and very courteous . I was able to trust the technician in my house. Least I have a peace of mind when I'm in bed orgone but everything is okay especially my pets thank you.. A friend that could be trusted..
