You are always welcome to ask for me by name. Our staff is amazing and each one of them cares about getting the setup done correctly the first time. A well trained patient is a happier patient. We see better outcomes in the therapy.

I have dealt with Advanced Care Home Medical for most of two decades. The have provided my family with portable oxygen, home oxygen concentrators, overnight oxygen saturation testing, and CPAP machines & supplies. They are competent, professional, courteous and willing to put up with my bumbling with a smile. I have never felt the least need to deal with anyone else. They do good work.
My wife needed a CPAP. We had gone to another provider and had a bad experience so we decided to try Advanced Care. Nick did an excellent job of explaining our options, how everything worked, and made sure we had a machine that we were happy with. He also explained the warranty and how it worked. A very good experience and I would do business with them again. Very happy with their service.
I have purchased two BIPAP machines as well as numerous medical supplies from Advanced Medical over the last few years and have always found them to be courteous and very responsive to my needs. I have also needed their services after regular business hours and found them to be just as responsive. I highly recommend them for needed medical supplies and equipment.
Darren has been AMAZING! When my mother neeneded a BIPAP machine asap he did everything he could possibly do. He delivered the machine, got it set up, patiently answered all questions until late into the evening. He also stopped by the next day to readjust some settings. He has answered every question and keeps me updated with texts regarding everything that is going on. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years and he is the best!
We have sent many patients to Darren Nord and his team at Advanced Care from our large sleep specialty practice with RevereHealth in Utah County, and the patients always come back happy with the care they have received from them. We are so thankful to Darren for all the effort he put in to help me get the BIPAP machine I needed as soon as possible. He was very helpful showing us how to work the machine and making sure it fit properly. He has called us back several times to make sure we are doing ok. We greatly appreciate all of his time and effort.
The staff is friendly and caring. I'm from out if town so they had my machine ready, explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable using it before I left.
