I came to this Electrolux Vacuum repair shop to get my moms vacuum fixed and the amazing lady Amy helped me so much. She actually took my broken vacuum as a trade in towards getting my mom a brand new vacuum! It wasn't even working and she still took it! I had to stop by and say "Its nice to see some people still really are about customer service!" I went to Brooklyn to visit my mom and her vacuum cleaner was not working one of her friends suggested that I take a vacuum cleaner over to a vacuum repair store in Bensonhurst and see Bruce. When I went to the vacuum repair store the gentleman was very attentive to my needs and didn’t even try to sell me anything, he actually just fixed my vacuum as requested and had me in and out of the store within an hour.
