I've been a customer of AFFINITY ALARM for over 10 years and have been very satisfied with the professionalism and responsiveness of the company. After having had the popular, larger, alarm company, I appreciated the attention to detail and response to my every security concern. They are extremely accommodating in terms of time, service, and needs of the customer. After my concerns of possible breaches in my system and/or attempted break-ins, the owner conducted an inspection on a Sunday and expediently provided solutions and restored my sense of security. The Affinity installers came on time, installed my 60 in tv,sound bar,and fireplace onto my wall in less than 2 hrs. The were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves and left my living room looking like a totally different room!! Would definitely recommend their services for future installs/services you will not be disappointed!!! A service!
Jay’s always professional and considering how I’d like the placement of things whether it’s the tv/pictures, because I’m real particular. Everything always looks great, he does a phenomenal job and always done in a timely fashion!

I absolutely love Affinity Alarm Co. I had problems with a old existing alarm they came in and told me what I needed and resolved the problem. I called them back a second time to install cameras throughout my businnes. Each time they were very professional and efficient. They also were very reasonably priced compared to other alarm companies that I received quotes from. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.
