Company was on time, professional and quality work. Took pictures before during and after of the repairs that were needed. This is important to know about this company as not everyone can go on a roof to check and verify repairs that need to be done.
Glad we went with this company. Moved into new house, wanted to make sure fireplace was in good working order. He pointed out several cracks & places that were potential issues and previous repairs not done very well. Repaired same day & fireplace is ready to go! Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

Having someone today to come out to investigate and make repairs on your home can be a very scary proposition! I found Affordable Chimney Sweep by searching online and I couldn't be happier we did! We did not know what was causing the water leak into our lanai. Bill and Brad arrived and investigated inside and outside on the roof. They took pictures and explained everything that needed to be done and gave us a fair price. They even made sure they returned to complete the work prior to some very bad weather that this area was expecting the next day. I also want to mention that Bill and Brad are really nice people and you can feel very comfortable around them . Their prices are affordable; and when you factor in the amount of time and care they put into the job you actually feel good handing over your payment. And, after that bad storm I mentioned, there were no more leaks into our lanai! Job well done Affordable Chimney Sweep and Repair! Thank you so much!
