Benjamin came out to our house and we were blown away by how personable and patient he was with us. We were in a bind with limited knowledge. He took the time to explain everything and answer our questions thoroughly. He took a VERY stressful situation and educated us so that we were more comfortable. That is something you don’t find often. He secured a customer for life and we now know exactly what we can expect over the next 10 years. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with any tradesman.

Had a failed water heater that was pouring water out of the bottom of the tank. I called Affordable Plumbing and they had Curtis come out that afternoon when he was finished up with his call (on a Saturday)! After inquiring about a tankless option, Curtis passed on some knowledge and encouraged me to do some research on it. My wife and I agreed that the tankless water heater was right for our family and we asked to have Curtis return and install it. I was very impressed by the workmanship of Curtis with the entire install and fit of the tankless heater. He did a fantastic job and I'm truly thankful of his work ethic. After a week of having the Navien tankless water heater running, my family and I are very happy with the consistency, time it takes for hot water and overall operation of the unit. Can't say enough good things about Affordable Plumbing and the quality of their employees like Curtis! I'll continue to recommend Affordable Plumbing to everyone I know and will only be calling them for my future plumbing needs.

Water heater was leaking badly. Called Affordable and talked with Diana who was great. She said that a technician would be out between 12-2. Curtis arrived, gave us a price and left to pickup. Entire job was done by 4:30. Curtis is s true professional and the new heater works and looks great. Would recommend this company highly.

Our water heater sprung a leak on one of the pipes from the intake valve to the unit; we called Affordable Plumbing and Diana told us she would send out a technician the same day! Even though the technician was doing a long job before ours and ran overtime, he still came out at 7:00 p.m. on a Friday evening and completed the repair quickly, efficiently and professionally. We were so pleased to have hot water the same day! We will use Affordable Plumbing to install a new water heater in the not too distant future. Thank-you Tyler F. for excellent service!
