My son had a family emergency hadnto move ba k to NY. They said dont worry. They rented it a month later. A year later he gets a court order. To pay them for a year lease. I know it was rented . I live by it. And he said dont worry its ok.

Have been renting through Ahwatukee Realty for 5 years and they have worked with me to keep the rent affordable. Paying rent, maintenance, etc is easier now that it is all done online. Maintenance requests are acknowledged within 24 hours, but not always completed in a timely manner because subcontractors are hired. There used to be a handy employed by Ahwatukee Realty who was more flexible with days & hours to do repairs.
