We are so glad we were introduced to Angela. We had another realtor from a different company and she didn't do much for us in the year we were looking. When we met up with Angela she was very concerned about what we wanted in a house. We discussed more in a hour than we did in a yr with the other realtor. Within days Angela had houses for us to look at. We also would look on Realtor.com and if we saw something I would text or call her and she always contacted us within minutes. We are now in the process of buying our home and Angela let's us know what's next & what's needed. She handles all the inspections and makes sure we are aware of any issues. We will definitely be recommending her to others. Angela thank you so very much for all your help, hard work and putting up with all my texting at all times of the day and night. You are awesome.

Mary Ann Flemming has been a wonderful realtor to work with. I've lived at one of her properties for years and she has always been kind and quick to respond about any problems that arise with the property and gets it fixed quickly. She's understanding about late payments and has never harassed me or my roommates about paying rent. She's very professional and kind and and even gave me advice when I told her I was moving out to live in a one bedroom. I wish I could work with her longer but she just didn't have any properties that fit what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

Mary Ann Fleming is the worse property manager that I have ever encountered. If you are ever a day late just expect to be haunted down, she will call constantly, pop up at your place, send letters through the mail and whatever else. Just RUDE & INVADING at a day late. No one needs to be reminded every day that their rent needs to be paid, that’s the biggest bill of every household. She calls and ask “when is your next paydate?” which is none of her business. JUST HORRIBLE!!
