Installed Pelican whole house water filtration/softener system. All my copper for water was outside, so they had to cut wall and add new copper and fittings to bring system into garage. They did a great job and their price was the best/lowest of 4 quotes. The end product looks great with minimal cutting of the wall; the cut pieces slide back in to hide the holes! They showed up on time, we’re done fast and they charged exactly what they quoted-they’ve got my future business after this. Great job all-round!
Tried to schedule a service, customer rep took all my information on the phone leading me to believe they were checking the schedule or scheduling me in. Then I get transferred to another rep who tells me they can't come until tomorrow after 10am. They were not able to provide any kind of time range so just be aware before calling you will likely need to stay home all day. I would recommend asking about scheduling before handing over any other information. Edit: Since they replied "I apologize for your confusing experience. If you were dealing with stressful plumbing situation, I can understand how our process might seem a little tedious or confusing." I want to make it clear the issue wasn't tedious or confusing, the issue was your company wanting me take a day off work with no time range at all to work off of other than after 10am. I'll find another company that can provide a time range.
We had a great experience with the plumber that came to our house. He stayed till he found out why we had a leak in our bathroom. He was here for a couple of hours and my son said he was very thorough with everything he did. We will definitely use Allen’s Plumbing again if the need arises again.
Our technician, Sam Medeiros, was awesome. Sam did our initial quote and he listened to what was requested. He came back to perform the job and he did a thorough job. He listened and explained all that he performed so we could have a better understanding to explain to our insurance adjuster. We had a little issue with the first dispatcher about the timing/confirmation but it was rectified. I would continue to recommend Allen’s Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.
We had a kitchen faucet replaced. Great service. It was quick and polite experience. Price was exactly what the plumber quoted and seemed reasonable. I would use these guys again.

I'm happy with their work. Preston and the others really saved the day! Now we have hot water and excellent water pressure. They even tightened my garden hoses for me!
