They won't take equipment returns, specifically at&t. At&t says bring it in and FedEx or UPS will package and ship for free. This store claims to be ups and FedEx. But won't ship for att unless you get a label from att and own box. Middle man just handle pre packaged and labeled items.

I will not go any other place to mail anything or have notaries. Everyone is so friend and willing to help you. I dont even go to the post office. Because every time I have went its been ridiculous. But every time I go here its simple easy and theres lots of little cool stuff to buy in there as well.

I asked for ground shipping on the phone the package came three day air mail and I was charged more than double.. Save your money go somewhere else.. ps. Did a horrible job packing also

The only service I've used here is mailing and usually they are helpful. My problem is I've started checking receipts recently and they have charged me for packaging that I did NOT purchase there. I don't know if management has changed or what. Now I see why service is so quick; they hope you will leave without checking the receipt. To me, that is unprofessional and shady. Will not go back unless it is an emergency and the post office isn't open.
