They are life savers. When the post office tells you no, (because God forbid they ever give decent customer service) the helpful people at AIM mail center have no problem taking the extra step to be considerate human beings. The manager Kaitlyn is a God-send! Love them!

Hesitated posting a review that is less than complementary... but the lack of customer service was really confusing. It seemed they did not want to help ship anything and gave more attention to the Fed ex driver as several customers lined up.

California notary prices are set..so no need to shop for that. However, efficiency and courtesy do vary. This place has both. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The notary was informed, conversant and pleasant. Go here before going elsewhere

They opened my mail! I had a box shipped to them and they opened it! And inside that box was another box, filled with business cards, it was sealed and they opened that as well. Not only is that extremely unprofessional, it’s illegal.

STAY AWAY, go somewhere else. 30% upcharge over going direct to FedEx or UPS. Charged us 10 for a small box a bit of bubble wrap. RIP OFF ARTISTS. STAY AWAY
