I was recommended to this store from my local Fredericksburg, VA store. I spent time to explain my situation and was totally shot down with a very rude store clerk. I'm not happy. We will take our business elsewhere and have already done so with a company that is more than willing to work with us. The person who answered the phone on June 22 around 12:15 needs to learn how to handle customer service.
