Purchased tips for a Miller 130 at this place by visual comparison. I gave them the old ones and she grabbed a pack of new tips. I assumed they were the right ones, but had to run to ACE Hardware when it came time to use them as they were clearly not the right ones and this place isn't open on Saturdays. I also grabbed a pack of nozzles while in the store. These were matched up with the old one as well. I didn't purchase Miller brand but was given an off brand by the clerk. This nozzle clearly was less quality than the one I had to replace. It barely stayed on, and if you tried to slide it down to provide increased shielding it falls off. I took the whole gun in to show them this time, as she assured me last time that I must not have the original gun on the machine even though I bought it brand new? I show the clerk how the nozzle fit and she obtained a Miller brand that fit just like the old one. Great I said, can you take this pack back that I bought? She said no I would have to check with her manager. The manager promptly called me back upon her return from lunch and explained she could not take the nozzles back,(Even though they clearly fit differently than the name brand) because they were opened. I would not give this place or its clerk, or" Manage"r one more dime of my money!
