The club is a very nice facility, although not cheap. I have been going for years but am now reconsidering my membership. I had called early June to put my membership on hold and they did not do what I was told they would do over the phone. When I received a billing for a month they said I would not be billed for they did not rectify the problem to my satisfaction.

I went in to cancel my membership and realized I was still being charged several months later. I went in to discuss with the membership staff and after waiting 30 minutes a staff member came out and asked if “I was waiting for her,” she didn’t introduce her self like a normal person would. She then told me to read that contract I signed and that if I didn’t want to be charged I should have cancelled within x number of days of my anniversary date. The contract is written this way but the staff member didn’t have to be so rude and condescending. I don’t recommend this gym; ; there are much better/cheaper gyms around with much more pleasant staff that better customer service skills.
