Above and beyond for fast food. Order was a bit over complicated. Nailed the order perfectly. Very friendly staff, immaculately clean store. Definitely will be a frequent repeat customer.

I have been here 5 separate times. Each time waiting more than 30 minutes and leaving without food... this time was different. I was the only person in the drive through and only waited 15 minutes (still completely rediculous). The spicy chicken sandwich was honestly amazing, I have to say. Defidently worth the cost but not worth the wait. On my 5th attempt to try The Sandwich, I did. It was great! But this locations wait time is honestly the worst I have ever seen. They have stickers on the windows to hide whatever goes on inside... not sure why exactly the wait time is so long but I hope they can figure it out! Whatever it is, its not working!!!
Worst experience ever. Placed order online selected pick up at counter. Got to store people working inside but doors locked. So I got into the drive-thru line and there were 12 cars in front of me. While sitting there for 10 minutes somebody walked out of the store and I told them I was here to pick up an online order. Told him I received an email and my order was on my phone he then said he needed to take my phone inside the door so he could get the order. Finally after waiting 30 minutes he brought my food out and had the order screwed up even though I told him exactly what I needed and he also had my phone with the order on it. After waiting 5 more minutes he brought out what was missing. So after getting home being at store for approximately 40 minutes I want to unpack my food and found out that my side orders were wrong. The Popeye's on East Howe Road in Akron Ohio is the worst Popeye's Chicken I've ever been to. I will never go back.
The slowest drive thru known to man. I’m not sure if they drop the chicken only when you order it but I’m confused to why it take so long. If your dining room is closed, your main focus should be on the drive thru. Drop the chicken, have the side items prepped and your orders could be fulfilled so much faster. Unfortunately, I like Popeyes and it’s only two in my city (this being one). Somebody needs to come clean up shop here at this location. The experience is terrible each & every time.
Very Ghetto and unprofessional. Had me wait 20 min for chicken tenders that came out cold and ashy! The sweet tea tasted like water the workers can't be working it was only 2 cars I'm line and in trying to understand what exactly I was waiting for for the food to come out cold as hell. Never again! Ghetto ghetto unprofessional mess!
