Originally scheduled my appt for a Tuesday (when the Dr. is in Smyrna), and I called this morning to reschedule because of a new work conflict. I was informed that Dr. Bullock would be out of town next week, and would be available on the afternoon of the 24th. Totally understandable! I politely told the lady that was on the other end of the phone that afternoons were harder for me to schedule around, and I didn't really want to punt my appointment any further than 2 weeks... so I would likely need to look for another doctor. I was then HUNG UP ON; no sorry, no explanation, just HUNG UP. Based on that complete lack of customer service I will take my money and insurance elsewhere.
