This was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. I worked with Chris M. over at the Used Cars department. Chris was knowledgeable and friendly, and there was no salesman double-talk like I experienced at other Subaru dealerships in the area. The contract I received was exactly what we discussed, with no hidden fees or surprise charges. The buying process was covid-safe, and Chris was able to do everything outside per my request. Very laid-back, reasonable, and responsible dealer.

We also went to used car lots everywhere from Fremont to Roseville. We found ourselves in Albany Subaru and couldn’t have been happier. They were low-key, transparent, kind and knowledgeable.
