Ordered a dishwasher from Builders Source, unfortunately it came damaged. They were able to order a replacement part to potentially fix the damage. Almost a month later and we’ve received no updates or confirmations on the replacement parts. When attempting to get updates today from Builders Source, I’m told by the secretary that I must talk to the associate who sold me the dishwasher who happened to be out of the office for the day. I’m told to leave a voicemail, all I want is a quick update on the item? No one else in the office is capable of looking it up? She then sarcastically tells me that I could stay on hold for 45 minutes if I wanted. Not very helpful... Simply wanted an update on a part...

Good selection but they don't stand behind their products or in-house service contract. Refrigerator is very noisy. They can not fix this. Sales rep Logan Garcia could care less once the sale was made.

Wanted to pop in and thank Caleb and Juan for saving the day. I had a mix up over a drain hose and these fellas showed up right away and handled it. My family and I are super thankful for their professionalism and skill. I give the delivery and install experience 10/10!

This place was very very helpful! My refrigerator decided to die in the middle of August. So we went to Lowe's and they didn't have anything in stock and the delivery date was pushed back so far until September. So we happened to pass by this place and then we stopped at it. The people are so nice and helpful! I found a refrigerator I like it ended up being sold already no, but they found one nearly identical and gave me a big discount! Their delivery wait was a week. So much better than Lowe's, not having a refrigerator in the middle of August is not fun definitely recommend this place!
