if you deliver on this site, save yourself from grief. Park on the street and walk all the way to dock 26 to check in. There’s a lot of room to maneuver, but its tight in between docks. Bring something to eat or take a nap. it will be a while (2-4 hrs) to get a call that you can pick up your Bill at the check-in counter.

First time here .Wasn't to bad friendly and real respectful lady answer all that needed info...Request for the sign in form..park on the side of the road overnighters....open at 5am to 3pm..info to help others..sign by door 26 on the left there's some stairs .I walked in to sign up need license number..Paperwork does take long to get ..3star on sign in but if there was stars for Paperwork it be a 1 star...

Slow shipper. I arrived at 9:30AM for 10AM appointment and had to wait over an hour to be seen at the shipping and receiving. Recieved a dock to back into and I did not leave until 5PM. I am rejecting loads to here in the future.
