Need a short-order Valentine's bouquet? Conklin had it ready for me to pickup on two hours' notice. Beautiful, fresh spray from one of their V-Day packages. Their same-day pickup worked well. Even when I forgot to push CONFIRM on their web-based order, they were set up outside their commercial sure, ready for pickup well before the 2 pm time I'd requested. They even apologized when I came early.

During our initial meeting with Lynn, she asked thoughtful questions to figure out what we were looking for. She took her time to show us pictures of various styles and sizes of bouquets and arrangements. We met with one other florist, but Lynn really distinguished herself by not rushing through everything and by going into some more explanations than the other business we visited.

I'm so happy I chose Conklyn's because not only were the clients pleased by the flowers, the delivery was prompt and the customer service was impeccable. (I believe I spoke with the owner while ordering.) I had many orders to place, and she was pleasant, patient and helpful. Would use them again in a heartbeat! Great experience.
