Brought my bike in to get tuned up and repaired. The staff was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Even let me know I didn’t really need a level 2 because the bike was in better condition than I thought. Bike looked like brand new when I got it back, and rides great. I will definitely bring it back in the future.

The customer service from every staff member at Conte’s was phenomenal. They were patient and super knowledgeable explaining the different components of various bikes. Purchased a new bike and will definitely go back for maintenance and accessories when needed. Thanks Conte’s for a great experience all around!
I planned to bike to Mt. Vernon with out-of town friends when I discovered a flat rear tire. We were parked at the Washington Sailing Marina so I loaded my bike, left my friends and headed to Conte's. They were delightful and the whole experience delayed our ride by 20 minutes. Thank you!!
