Our elevator's Inspection Certificate expired in November 2019. Our County requires annual inspections. It is now January 2020. We made multiple requests to the Company that handles our elevator maintenance to have the inspection done. It is unacceptable that it takes 6 weeks and longer to get an annual inspection done. If this were a one time occurrence, we would give a higher review. It's not! This happens every year.
