Love this office practice! Have been coming here for the last 15 years for various things, especially getting older! Dr Kittredge has put my shoulder back together, monitors my poor knees and helps me understand what I can do to help strengthen and prevent issues. Most importantly,. I know my body and as a physician, he understands that I know when something is not right and he listens to what I say when I identify a concern, respects my opinion and offers treatment options when available.

Ten years ago I had my right rotator cuff repaired by Dr. Kittredge and the result exceeded my expectations. I went from an 8 or 9 on the pain scale to 0. So when I needed my left rotator cuff repaired naturally I came back to Dr. Kittredge. Had the surgery a week ago and just went for my first post-op appointment. There was less damage than expected and Dr. Kittredge expects me to have an excellent outcome. He’s the best shoulder doctor in Northern Virginia.
So grateful. Dr. Kittrdege listens and is encouraging. He's also very knowledgeable and proactive, not reactive. I had shoulder surgery and recovery was more manageable and quick than I expected. Four months later and WHAT shoulder pain?! Very grateful.
