Called them to confirm my upcoming appointment...after waiting WEEKS! They had no clue what was going on, beyond rude, and hung up after they couldn't figure out what the issue was. Glad this happened because what can you expect in terms of competence from an office like that!

This doctor's receptionist is horrible. She doesn't listen, and when asked to connect with her supervisor ignored me six times, then said there was no supervisor available. Who knows if the doctor is any good? I won't get to know, because I can't make an appointment, despite the referral from my primary care doctor.
