This FedEx location continues to provide the worst customer service I have experienced of any FedEx. The employees on the phone will say whatever it takes to get you off of the phone, and when you go into the location the information is clearly wrong. They are more interested in telling you no than to help you with your shipping. The last time I was in there near opening time, the woman working said out loud \of course I am going to be busy first thing in the morning\. There were only 3 people in the store, so I am not sure why it was necessary for her to say that for us all to hear.
