Surprised that work ticket said..\ wouldn't start.\ I got to Am' Chev without jump start. Was told Am Chev charges 100. for diagnostics to determine reason besides battery age as factor. Likely sells more batteries. This is included at car parts stores. Seems odd that first price quote for incorrect larger battery was what I was charged for smaller battery/engine combination. Work took longer than my own labor at home. Does American Chevrolet REALLY need a photo Of me? I didn't receive a photo of my mechanic. Would have appreciated OJT on returning seat position to my liking. Disconnecting battery @ home didn't present that problem.

I really enjoying working with all of the staff at All American. They always make me feel like I actually have a say in what happens with my car. They explain things so that I understand everything....not once have a been made to feel stupid or inferrior. I will take my car here as long as I live in Muncie!

Easiest most honest no nonsense experience I have ever had at a dealership. It was a 3 hour round trip that we made twice and I will do it again next time just to talk to straight shooters. I have to pass 30 dealerships between my house ND Muncie. Still worth it.
