Good hardware store, it pretty much has everything you need for your DIY home projects and much more. The staff is very friendly and helpful! It's a bit pricier than the big box stores, but then again, it beats driving to LaCrosse when you need something in a crunch. Besides, it's good to support local businesses.

Went in today to get some wood for a bench we are building and told the guy I needed them for a bench and he gave us split wood. You think we would learn our lesson. Every time we go in for wood they always give us trash, it’s either split or warped. Not to mention they over charge.
Great Local store to work with! The employees are always so knowledgeable and helpful especially with do it yourself items. Customer for life thank you for all the help!
This is my usual go to place for my hardware needs, mostly come here for electrical things. Most of the time they have what I need. The price is so so...once in a great while the place across the highway may call to me for better variety but not often.
We literally spend thousands of dollars every year here on fencing supplies. We ordered and paid for a pole shed kit in December 2017. Since they did not ship the door supplies supposedly included in the kit we paid for, the contractor screwed up the door opening, after several trips down there over the course of 5 MONTHS, they FINALLY dropped off the door supplies IN MAY 2018, not only were they ALL WRONG, they had the nerve to charge us OVER AN ADDITIONAL 700 for the WRONG DOOR AND KIT which we already paid for!!! We had to hire a second contractor to put on a different, more expensive door from Menards to fix their screw up, costing us about 2,000 more! When returning the incorrect door supplies that we were charged for twice, instead of having a 700 credit, they are still charging us over 300...FOR COSTING US 2,000!!! On top of that, they are charging us service charges on money we don't even owe them!!! My husband has gone down there and called them several times, each time they tell him it's been taken care of, but we are still being billed. I WILL be contacting The Better Business Bureau and The Consumer Protection Agency to report their unethical business practices, and we will be taking our fencing supply business elsewhere next fencing season. I am beyond disgusted by how they treat their loyal, repeat customers...
