The subscription for a year's services are priced too high and is not a good value. It really seemed to me like a way to charge a premium to ensure you keep returning to this vet for servicing even though no real value proposition was given. Normal businesses create loyalty programs to generate returning customers. This subscription service offered here charges you above market rate to be locked into a year's services and takes away negotiating power from the consumer. You're better off shopping around for your services than taking this subscription. The people seemed knowledgeable and useful. They'll be able to take care of your animals it seems. If you have anything major being done for your pet you should look outside of the Sioux Falls area for the work to be done. If you like setting money on fire then this is your place.

The receptionists Deb and Bailey were very polite and courteous. When I dropped Beans off, Tabitha? Came out. Properly masked. We kept socially distant as much as possible. After the exam Dr Minion called me, we went over Beans general well being. She was very complimentary of Beans fur and inquisitive nature. She took all the time I needed Dr Betsy Minion is top notch. Professional, friendly and courteous. You can tell she loves her job.

They took wonderful care of our kitty, Harper, while we were gone on Christmas vacation. They treated our pet sitter with kindness, was communicate with us, and ensured that they were treating Harper appropriately with regards to proper medications. We love them and can always trust them!
