All spoked up is a sure shot. Just miles ahead in all directions if you might happen to be considering other shops. I brought my road bike in after being rooked by prairie path and was offered a straight up trade for a proper touring bike. Cannot recommend any higher
Young guy was helpful at first then got real rude and unprofessional when we accidentally bumped our heads when we both looked down at the same time. He threw his wrench hard on the ground and stormed off. I stuck around to see if he was alright but didn't feel comfortable anymore. I felt like the guy might have punched me if I had stuck around.
For each of the last 5 years of cycling the Fox River Trail, All Spoked Up has become a staple and is conveniently located along the trail. The team is very courteous and knowledgeable. Customer service is exceptional! A special thanks to Raymond and Kyle for promptly taking care of us and our emergency !

I had a flat just south of there. I patched the tube, but had a problem with my bike pump. I stopped there and they helped me with the pump (they actually offered to fill the tire for free) Their help allowed me to continue riding. I was impressed and will be back to buy something.
Knowledgeable person helping me, trying to help me pick bike for wife. After discussing for about 5 minutes he helped me realize it is impossible without her input, even though I know her size and condition. He wants her to be happy.
