This place is absolute garbage. I would go in detail with my encounter with the owner but as you can see she’ll just respond to every bad review and write FALSE REVIEW! What a joke. You could literally go to Jewel and get better service for your floral needs.At least then you’ll get what you pay for.

The first thing I notice when I entered All Things Floral was the smell. I smelled like manure. That was the first sign I was in the right place I knew they were using fresh manure to properly grow the flowers. Then right as I entered a tabby cat greeted me, very cute! Next I was thrown off just a little bit when I have to wake up Lisa, the store owner, from her mid afternoon nap. It was okay though I realize how hard she must have been working, it is probably exhausting when you have to deal with a bunch of negative reviews about your business. Despite Lisa’s lack of energy, rotting teeth, mood swings, and dilated pupils, she was very pleasant in general. I had ordered an arrangement for my grandmothers funeral, unlike some other people in these reviews I actually had my arrangement show up. However, it was two days late and the flowers were dead. I am giving All Things Floral a five star review for the customer service they offered me in the backroom for only an extra five dollars. THANKS LISA!
This year has been tough for our family to say the least. With the pandemic and the passing of 3 family members. We had the pleasure of working with Lisa and her staff at All Things Floral, and she came through more than we anticipated. Arrangements were breathtaking. She worked with us to make things perfect, as perfect as things could be. I thank you again for your professionalism and also your incredibly talented staff. Thanks again.
Love these guys!!! Lisa and everyone at All Things Floral are amazing in every way. Every time I come in I have a great experience and conversation with Lisa and Jake. They are both extremely knowledgeable and make you feel like you just walked into your best friends home. I will never go any where else!
She is a scam artist. She is still accepting orders and taking money but then comes back saying that they are closed because of covid. You have to fight to get your money back. And she's trying to defend herself for her wrong doing by replying to the bad reviews saying "Warning fake review" and trying to cover herself up, that definitely proves that she is up to no good. Do not do any business with her. She is definitely up to no good. There are many police reports against her and her business for scamming people before. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
I had hoped to give this place the benefit of the doubt after looking at what I thought were some weird reviews. I could not have been more wrong. Upon walking in, I wished I had the coronavirus so I wouldn't have a sense of smell. The chemical fumes were so nauseous they could knock out a small child. I immediately got out of there. The one review was correct though. Nice store cat.
Several family members and friends ordered and confirmed paid for floral arrangements/fruit baskets for our loved one’s funeral recently. Delivery confirmed to be on the Saturday arrival for Sunday visitation. Nothing showed from All Things Floral. Funeral director tried to contact, was ghosted until after the funeral on Monday only to receive a response of, “I’ll check on it” with no return. The money sure came out, though. Same happened when family and friends attempted to contact. No response. Family spoke to Lisa Farris Wakefield personally. She said she was ill over that weekend and didn’t know what happened but would find out and get back to us. Well... no response. Big surprise there. She sure looked entertained and not at all ill on her Facebook posts enjoying “insane drinks” with great people staying Corona proof in that Louis (whatever that means). This is not the way to conduct an honest business. When a family is grieving the last thing they should ever have to worry about is if their family and friends are being ripped off by the florist handling the flowers. From what I can tell, the funeral home has also removed their business link form their online ordering platform. Please exercise caution when dealing with this business. To date, there has been no resolve.
Gave one star because they atleast had a nice crack dealer hold the door open when I went in. But that's a whole different story. Service was terrible, Lisa I think her name was, would online take cash, she frisked me when I went near her, and tried to sell me dandelions saying they were a new rare yellow rose. She was high on something, she wouldn't let me out the front door when i left either, i had to leave through the back door, so i had to walk past what could only be a meth lab. Judging by her yellow skin and teeth, I'd say she does more than she makes. Nice store cat though.
