UPDATE: So the owner sent his workers to come pick up the broken fridge yesterday WITHOUT our refund. We got on the phone with the owner and he told us to come to the store and pick up our refund tomorrow (today). We get to the store. The owner tried to snatch the receipt from my husband's hand!! After arguments the guy went in the safe and only gave us 350 of our 400. He then proceeded to actually snatch the receipt from my husband. At this point there is no use of arguing anymore. We were robbed for 50 for a broken refrigerator that they took and and will probably resell to someone else. Also as you can see from the pictures this is how they treat their appliances. It's pouring outside and these appliances will be sold to someone. The store is also very dirty. At the end of the day they can keep that 50. They will not be in business much longer. If anyone else has had this problem feel free to contact me for the legal info I've gathered! If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY! He sold us a broken refrigerator with mold all over it. It didn't produce ice. He said he'd come and fix it. Supposedly a 90 day guarantee. He never showed up. After multiple phone calls we told him to come get the broken refrigerator and refund our money. After arguing with us he said he'd come Saturday afternoon to pick it up and refund the 400. He never showed and all calls are being ignored. Very bad business.

6 years ago in 2014, I purchased a used washer and dry from here. It was the best set ever. Just a few weeks ago the washer went. I sure got my money's worth! So after being told it would probably cost more to fix it than to replace it, I went back and bought another washer. Great deals, very nice and helpful folks! I'll be back for my next also. I definitely recommend utilizing this small, local business! And let's not forget the 90 day warranty on used appliances! You can't beat that!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! I purchased a washer from here and was told it has a 90 day warranty. Within that 90 days the washer stopped working properly. I have been calling and texting for over a week trying to get it repaired. On two occasions he said that he fixed the washer yet the people in the house have never seen his arrival. I was told tonight that while I sat in my living room facing the front of the house a man from the store came and replaced my damaged washer. I find that so impossible. If possible I would give 0 stars. AGAIN BEWARE. THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL ROB YOU.

Considering the continued horrible service of this business I find it safe to assume no one reads the reviews so I have taken the time to write a letter to the owner. Just incase it somehow gets thrown into a shredder and disregarded I will sum it up here for everyone. This will be my 4th washer from this establishment (that is if it ever gets delivered) not because I love doing business here but because every washer they have given me has had issues or stopped working within weeks of getting it. And even getting the appliance is a challenge. The last 3 days I have been assured it was going to be delivered and as Im writing this Im still waiting for it to be delivered hours after the agreed upon time. It’s COVID people I dont know about you but I cant afford to be taking off of work to wait for something that never even shows up. Whoever runs this business clearly has no respect for their business or customers. And obviously takes no pride in themselves or their work. -5 stars

They kept my dryer for 8months with no plan on fixing it. They charged a deposit and kept giving me the run around. I got my dryer back after 8 months and it still doesn’t work.
