I called them for an estimate, plumb a tub, bath vanity, install toilet. Rep arrived (forgot his name) and looked over the job, took a few pics and said he would write up an estimate and get back to me the next day. Last I heard from them. If he didn't want the job, or felt it was too much work you just needed to say so. There is no shame in saying I have no experience with that type of tub, or I don't feel comfortable with that type of plumbing job. But no contact is not professional. Even a little white lie like I can't get to it till next spring would work. So I have to rate low.

They were great! Came inspite of the snow storm to unclog my drain. In and out in no time at all. Less than I hr, and cleaned up after their mess.

Came out to write up an estimate about a month ago.. Must of thrown out all his measurements on his way to his next job. No call saying we don't want to do the work etc. Definitely won't call you for anything in the future. Thanks for wasting our time.
