We have used Chimney Pro Cleaners twice now and will continue to do so. We had the walls of our fireplace replaced along with a full inspection and cleaning a few years ago, the service then was perfect. We had them come and clean it again today, again with excellent service. The gentleman today was very professional and helpful, providing tips and information on how to use our fireplace best. They’re overall very responsive and punctual and their pricing has been very affordable.
Wonderful service from Ruby and Nir! I couldn't be more pleased. I came home from a business trip to no power. I hadn't used my fireplace in a decade so i was apprehensive to turn my gas on. I called Chimney Pro and Ruby not only fit me for an inspection during his busy time but he was at my house within 30 min! I decided installing gas logs was long overdo so Ruby helped me pick the perfect set and scheduled the install. Nir came out for the install, painted the inside black and installed the logs. He was on time, communicated before hand, kept everything clean, and had it all installed within 30 mins. He wore a mask cause, you know, Covid. He explained everything about the logs before he left. I really couldn't be happier.
