If I could give zero stars, I would. Lest we had to wait a month to get the dishwasher we purchased because they were out of that model. That was ok. The worst part of the experience was the installation. The dishwasher was not installed properly. It was placed in a manner that the dishwasher would not drain on the test run. The installer left before it was complete and did not check it. Now to find out that the electrical connection for our garbage disposal was damaged. I called the Geek Squad and I was told the earliest they could come out and re install it was two weeks. I told the that was not acceptable. They came back later and told me that they could send someone out in a week. Still unacceptable as I will have to have an electrician come out and fix what the installer broke. I do not recommend buying anything from this place unless you install it yourself. Their contractor is totally inept. What looked like a good deal turned out to cost me more in the end. Pay the extra money and use Home Depot or a locally owned appliance store.
