Very good experience with this establishment. My mother chose to prepay for her cremation many years ago, and when the time came this year, and she died, SouthCare took excellent care of me, mom and my family. They were extremely responsive when we needed help writing the obituary and were respectful and responsive when handling the cremains. I worked directly with Angie Wielputz the entire time, she was kind, and caring. We had an issue with over payment, and Angie stepped in to rectify it and had excellent follow up on along the way.
