I've come by a couple of times to purchase different things for my bike but and the service they give is superb and you can't beat their prices. Yesterday, I looked at helmets and a bike pump with my dad, but not one person came up to us (or said anything) the entire time we were in there. The items available were also overpriced. A bike pump here is about 45 while others at Big Five and other sports stores are 28. Helmets were also overpriced. I usually don’t mind spending a couple of extra bucks to help out small businesses, but only when decent customer service is provided. We once came here a couple of years ago to look at bikes, and the employees were very helpful. It’s a shame that this business changed so much.

Poor customer service, called a day before and made a 3 hr trip to find out they lied about having a bike in stock. Very rude and not willing to help potential new customers.
