I’ve been with education credit union for years but I’ve never had to deal with this particular branch. I had to pick up a debit card on Saturday and the lady that helped me didn’t even bother to check my D.L. and gave me someone else’s debit card. I was left with no funds all weekend and when I go to talk to them on Monday all they had to say was that we’re all humans and make mistakes. And tried to make things better by giving me a 10 gift card. What a joke!

Never want to help, they tell you one thing then go back on their word. So if you want to take your chances here, definitely get EVERYTHING in writing and signed. The employees are a joke and are very rude. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had with this location, now I remember why I don’t go to this specific location.

Worse service ever by Valerie on the chat line. I am over this bank and the service the give and the things they do to your bank account without notification nor allowing you to see it is rude. I will wait till my transaction re-processes then i will be closing both my checking and savings account and you can shove your 22.00 because you will need it.

We have been customers of ECU for years and have always been pleased, but the customer service skills of this particular branch seems to be lacking.They are not as friendly and show less concern than what we have come to expect from our experience at the other branches.

They got me financed for an older car with higher miles, at a good interest rate. However, I only had the car 2 months, then traded it in. when I went back to get reimbursed for the gap insurance, they said in the fine print it states after 60 days no refund is available even if the car is sold or traded in. I was at 65 days, and I'm sorry, but I've had about 8 cars in the last 2 years, EVERY place reimbursed me my gap insurance regardless of the time frame. Then she asks, "would you want us to try and get you a better rate on your new vehicle?" No, I'll stick with Wells Fargo, who reimbursed me 780 after 7 months on my previous car. Maybe I should've read the fine print. Maybe there should be a set standard for this sort of thing.
