Had previous company replace Orangeburg sewer line to drain to city sewer. Evidently didn't go to main city connection sewer just to the fence line of property. Vehicles and trash trucks going down the alley have collapsed the Orangeburg system, which was the last 7 feet of the sewer line and caused a backup back to the house. TV camera line through the shows no open line past the fence line to the city connection. Opening the system confirmed this and new code line installed. Crew was efficient and quick and the price about what I expected.

Scheduling was timely and I was kept up to date on changes the took place that were out of the control of Mr. Rooter. Austin was very friendly and professional. When an issue came up in the alley with finding an additional tap, they did a great job of assuring they did not damage any of the neighbors line when it was dug up. Great Job!

He arrived on time, studied the problem and gave his recommendation. So far it has worked and we are very pleased! During his visit he mentioned he had considered our problem before he arrived - we think that thoughtful process was helpful. We have called on Mr Rooter several times in the last few years and their response and work has been good each time.
