Excellent customer service! Came in with some warranty issues on a new Trek and they took care of everything at no cost. Employee named Sam was also super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend American Cycle - Walled Lake.

What great service and friendly people! I went in to look at a trainer for the winter and they have a demo set up. I am not a bike racer, but I wanted something to keep me fit this winter. My bike needed an adapter, and with covid, things are sold out. They showed me what to get on eBay and when it arrived, I took my bike back in and they hooked everything up and downloaded the software and calibrated everything for no additional charge. And the trainer was the same price as online. My winter just got a lot better!!

We went to this location to buy two e-bikes. Knowing we would spend about 8,000. This type of investment takes some time to make the right decision. When we went in the first time I asked if I could test ride the bike and the salesmen told me I couldn’t that day but that he could text me to come back that week. I never received a text. My husband and I both being sales managers didn’t love that. Than we went back and got another sales rep who though was very kind knew nothing about any of the bikes. The manager watched as my husband had to google every bike as he wants the top line bike. We test drove three bikes. I had decided on mine and as my husband was taking out a 4,000 bike to test ride the manager said in a abuse tone, “are they resting another bike? We close in 5 minutes.” With that my husband of course than didn’t want to buy from them as the customer service is absolutely terrible. Keep in mind that I am 8 months pregnant and they didn’t even offer a chair or seat while we were looking and about to spend the money. I understand that we are in a pandemic and at this time bike sales are going great, but service should be top of line no matter what circumstances. I do NOT recommend this location or store. For the price you pay they should treat you well.

I am a customer at the Royal Oak store. First, when I used your e-mail to ask questions in the beginning of the Pandemic, the person (Ken S.) that responded to me was very helpful. He was also honest about potential delays and pricing of new bike models. Weeks later I called the Royal Oak Store. I forgot the name of the gentleman I spoke to, but he was excellent. I called on a Saturday and I know the store was busy, but he took the time to answer my questions. Finally, when I went into the store to purchase a bike for my youngest daughter and for myself, I dealt with Rick. Rick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was very patient, but was not afraid to give us very concrete recommendations. Rick has extensive product knowledge and informative biking experience that really helped me decide which models to buy. You can tell that Rick loves to help people. The wait time to get our bikes was much shorter than expected. I can't say enough about your store. Previously, I purchased a kid's bike for my oldest daughter about ten years ago and since then have purchased some accessories. I also visited a couple of times to look at bikes. I thought it was important to tell you that I am not a regular customer, but I was still treated extremely well. I think it is important to note that your team members take Covid safety very seriously and I really appreciate that. Additionally, the fact that customers can text your general number is awesome and your response times are very quick. Finally, the small and refundable down payments for our bikes was extremely fair and easy and with the unpredictability of bike supply that was very important to me. My kudos to Rick and his fellow team members at your store. There is no doubt I'll be back and won't hesitate to recommend you to family, friends, neighbors and clients.Thank you!!!

AC&F is where I got my first real road bike. The service is quite good, and they always have a selection of tubes, which is a big plus. I got a good deal on my road bike, and their service plan has saved me a lot of money. I also got a bike fit done at a sister location, and the fitter was quite thorough. However, I had overlooked taking my bicycle to the fitter during the day of the fit, and mechanics at other AC&F locations struggled to interpret the dimensions provided by the fitter. I trust this problem has been fixed by now. Edit: To the gentleman who answered the phone on 07/30 and scolded me for dropping off my bike on a Tuesday instead of a Saturday: I dropped off the bike on a Tuesday because I had an appointment, *confirmed via text*
