Bobby was extremely professional and worked extremely hard to install our new complete in home filtration and water softener. Very well priced and the workmanship and professionalism was beyond expectations. Spent extra care and time to make sure pipes were properly laid, labeled, and fitted. Cleaned up existing poorly done plumbing areas free of charge. We live out in country on well water and I can’t thank them enough for such amazing water now!! Highly recommend for home projects.

It was midnight on the night of a ice storm and Bobby came out to help us when no one else would, he explained to us what the issue was and took care of it efficiently and left the place spotless after the large mess was created, would definitely use again. Quality service and polite technicians.

I had literally just moved to WV when I had a gas leak. Gas company came and shut off my main to my gas to the entire house until a plumber could cap the pipe where the leak was. I must have called 10 plumbers all telling me they couldn't service me until mid December ( because everyone was hunting) and it wasn't even Thanksgiving yet. I had no heat, no hot water, nothing because everything in my house is gas. I happened to look out my window and saw an American Professional Plumbing truck turning around at the end of my street. I hadn't seen them in my searches so I rolled the dice and called. They were so nice and they sent a master plumber within 20 minutes!! He fixed my pipe and once the gas company returned 4 hours later to turn on my gas, he went above and beyond to make sure everything worked and was secure. He even labeled our gas lines! This company helped us more than they realize. I would 100% recommend them to anyone! We now have our main contact for all of our plumbing needs. I am so happy words could never describe. When the secretary told me they could help, I wanted to hug her! When the plumber showed up at my door, I wanted to hug him!! They are truly heroes in my mind because they saved the day and turned a day from hell into a much much better day and I cannot thank them enough.
