My mom used collard greens seasoning to make her collard greens when I was growing up. Now I use it for the same reason. This was a very unique/flavorful seasoning. But lately my collard greens have been turning out too spicy to eat and therefore ended up being a waste. When I contacted the company about this seasoning being turned into an all out spice they assured me it wasn't a mistake and that they could care less about their consumer's concerns.
