Fast in and out with online booking during quarantine. While waiting, I could hear they were clearly allowing non-online booked people to cut ahead of online people on the phone (during their business hours). Their email and lack of call back was 2 weeks too late for me... So don't expect them to get back via email or if calling outside of hours.

Amazing! Made the online appt for sons to get permits. Did online test. Walked in - was seen EARLIER than our appointment because they were running ahead (have you EVER heard of that?). Quick, easy process - friendly worker Michael - BEST DOT experience I have ever had! Impressive!
