Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at an optometrist. VA sent me to this doctor for an Eye Exam, Dr. spent about 15 min checking my eyes, gave me a Eye Glass Prescription. Ordered glasses, when I received them my left eye piece was so far off, i could not possibly wear the glasses. I went back to Office, where I explained the issue, and asked to speak to the doctor to get my prescription corrected. Was told I would have to pay for a new exam, was not allowed to speak with the Dr. Was never contacted by the Dr. Filled a complaint with the VA. Went to the optometrist on base, received a correct prescription and now have a working pair of glasses. Service and Customer Service of this Location is DISGUSTING

best place for glasses in my opinion. they fix frames ypu bought there, and high impact lenses etc less costly. often sell sunglasses on special when you buy here. I have never had issues with lenses. they seem to do it right every time.
