My mom loves living here. My mom is on Medicaid and feels fortunate to be living in such a nice facility. She also loves the staff. My sis and I live out of state and have only been able to visit our Mom once in the last 18 months. We were impressed with the caring staff and the basic but very well-kept,clean and comfortable facilities. I have guardianship of my mom and as such I get quarterly calls from a staff member reviewing her care and condition in addition to an annual review with all staff involved in her care. I can also count on calls if there are any urgent needs or updates needing my attention. I also feel fortunate to know my mom is being well cared for in this facility.

It was nice when I first came to the facility but Thing's changed & I soon realized a lot of thing's, service's were lacking for my stay that I didn't enjoy.
This is a very bad place to have your parents at I have been denied by staff from seeing my mother and I am the only one son here in Alaska and I am ashamed of myself he staff and security I've had the police called on me and I never did anything but wish to visit with my mother. I'm not a criminal and I would like her counselor to explain what was my infraction I am now the oldest and I have nothing but respect for all people. Shame on people who can do this to a family and keep on working in such a facility.
