Very quiet, just blocks from downtown. Seagulls and airplanes take turns flying over. Trees blowing gently in the wind!! Relaxation at its best

Awful experience we paid for a week to stay near the trails in our motorhome left after 3 days. Police kept breaking up fights on the hill above RV park wouldn't recommend staying here at all !!!!

The frequent trains with whistle blowing. Bathrooms are nice and managers are cool

So this place gets 2 stars for several reasons. #1 it is VERY small. The sites are so close together that it was difficult to sit outside and visit with family. It says full hookup sites, which is true, but you basically have to sit on top of the sewer dump because the sites are SO small. #2 it is located right next to the railroad tracks. Right. Next. To. The. Tracks! #3 there are homeless people living in the woods behind the back in sites. Like, we could hear them talking and moving around behind our camper. #4 the staff if rude. A couple good things about it....bathrooms were clean, and location very close to down town

We didn't have much of a choice in this area as we had an early morning trip planned on the Alaskan Railroad and they didn't have convenient parking for our rented 22ft RV. While the staff were friendly, and hookups were convenient and worked fine, the area is beyond noisy. If it weren't the planes, or trains literally shaking the ground, it was the unsavory characters lurking around yelling out and laughing till all hours. I think I would have felt safer staying in a Walmart parking lot.
