What a wonderful getaway! This houseboat was incredible with all the bells and whistles you could imagine. The entire houseboat was fresh and clean and stocked with everything you would need for your cooking, showers and everything else. The staff and owners are wonderful and made our time special. You will not go wrong with renting from this family owned business. They are honest and do what they say they will do. I highly recommend these folks and their beautiful houseboat. My family will be back again! Thank you to Wade and Gary Green!

Just returned from a 5-day trip on DeGray Lake with Anchor's Away and couldn't have been more impressed. The boat was in great condition: new furniture, clean grill, plenty of space. The kitchen? Comes stocked with more pots, pans and utensils than any professional chef would use (although you should always bring your own sharp kitchen knife). The built-in dishwasher was also a blessing (especially for the kids who are usually on dish duty). Unlike other houseboat companies, this one even throws in free satellite TV (that we used to watch the SpaceX Crew Dragon launch live on the lake—memories, I tell you). Never rented or driven a houseboat before? No worries. This crew will drive you to a quiet spot on the lake, tie you off and leave you alone. If you're experienced, they'll pilot you out of the marina and send you on your way. But without question, the customer service is what sets this company apart. Forget to bring sugar? They'll give you a bag. Not sure there's enough propane left to grill that six-pound tenderloin for an hour? They'll literally bring you a spare tank on the back of a jet ski. Kids fishing on the dock at the end of the trip while you're unloading? They'll throw a few minnows around their baits to see if they can catch a fish. WHO DOES THAT?? Anchor's Away does. That's why we'll be back. At this point, it's just figuring out if we'll be back this fall to watch the leaves turn or early next summer to celebrate the end of the school year. Heck, at this point we'll probably do both. Fantastic trip across the board. Won't be the last, either.

Clean house boats, with every thing a person can think of. Hot tubs are a blast. Great idea to rent a couple jet skis to add some extra fun.
