I was very impressed with my recent visit to Andersen Chevrolet primarily because of the service provided by Taylor Murphy. I had been told by some other people that my next upcoming service was going to be a 600 service because I needed a transmission service and other preventative maintenance. That made me delay getting my service because I needed to save the money for it. I booked in and dealt with Taylor for the first time. He easily could have supported what I had told him that I had been told. Yet he was extremely honest and ethical snd while remaining very professional about advice I had been given, he explained that it was not necessarily accurate. I reiterated that I wanted to make sure my car was aligned with whatever the manufacturer recommended and he assured me they would always do that. But no need to spend money for the sake of spending money of the manufacturer doesn’t demand it and if your car is running well. My expectation of a 600 service ended up being an 86 oil change and inspection with a healthy review of my car. I was very very grateful for his honesty and ethical behavior. I will be his customer for as long as I own my vehicle. Taylor’s behavior is what customers hope for.

I purchased a Colorado here a couple years ago. I like the truck and it performs better than expected. The sales staff were great. The service department I have had no luck with. Oil changes are free that's why I go here. But they take 2 hours. Other repairs cost 150 hourly labor and take longer than most shops.

Had a great experience at Anderson Chevy this past Saturday..I told the sales Manager Joel Jennings exactly what I was looking for & what my budget was, by the time i pulled up the cars were ready for me to test drive. Andrew the salesman was great as well showing & explaining to me everything about the cars. I ended up with a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer which I love!! They got me in & out in a timely fashion!! Great experience!! I can’t thank you enough Joel Jennings & Andrew!!

Was referred through Miss Stephanie at Service Department (lovely lady, excellent customer service, prompt response and a wonderful asset to this dealership) to Mr. LaRoy, our sales representative. It took less than 2 hours for them to locate our truck, and before dinner time on the same day we were rolling away with our new member of the family. Service, sales, and finance worked seamlessly together to make this happen! It's very apparent that the staff members at this dealership have an excellent repoire not only with eachother but out in public as representatives of this company. A million thanks to Stephanie for leading us to her esteemed colleague LaRoy on the VERY SAME DAY....we had made several phone calls to Mallory at Paradise Chevrolet and (gasp they didn't even RETURN OUR VOICEMAILS OR CALLS!). Lake Chevrolet also has a very thoughtful play area for children waiting for their parents (although I would respectfully recommend a tv for the kids;) and all staff were extremely gracious with not only ours but other client's children. That's huge!!!!! And so very much appreciated!!!!!!! No pressure sales, very clean and well organized dealership, expedient process as well, we are extremely happy with the experience!
