The duplexes were very nice and modern, however maintenance requests were FREQUENTLY ignored or promised and not fulfilled. Trying to get ahold of the landlord was extremely challenging since he rarely replied to messages or phone calls. He seemed more preoccupied with the new builds rather than maintaining those that were currently being occupied by tenants. Overall, it was very frustrating when you needed anything done.

The landlord was very flakey. Never answered his phone and would always come up with excuses for maintenance requests being pushed back. The duplex and neighbors were great but there needs to be more priority put to the tenants rather than building more homes.
